… I was a young lieutenant in the Air Force.

I was in charge of the teams loading nuclear weapons on B-52s. 

On my first day of the job, after training, I was issued a hand pistol weapon and told to “ensure the process is followed”…I was scared to death of shooting someone if I was in the wrong.

Only then did I study process as if lives depended on it.

I learned the value of wisdom, integrity, and flawless execution.
