Your strategic plan is just “shelfware.” You want integration of financials, process, learning, technology, and customer value. You want to know if you’re winning or losing. You want your strategy to be integrated, actionable and a uniting force. You want all those words said in your offsites to actually happen. You need to get your team focused on present needs.

Your organization just doesn’t seem to be all pulling in the same direction to achieve the mission. None of the strategies or philosophies you have repeatedly preached actually make it down to the workforce.
