1. Consultants that believe in doing the right thing.
“Be more concerned with your character than your reputation, because your character is what you really are, while your reputation is merely what others think you are.” John Wooden
Our clients need us to have a strong moral compass. It’s not enough to KNOW what is right; you’ve got to DO what is right. We have got to sleep well at night knowing we have done good things for America.
2. Our consultants must be more concerned with “we” than “me.”
We must move beyond his/her own ego and open themselves to all the intelligence around them. If you want to do something good, do it yourself, but if you want to do something GREAT, build a team.
3. Our consultants demonstrate an unshakeable positive attitude.
We exude energy. Display enthusiasm. Project cheerfulness. And it is nothing short of contagious. No matter what is going on, our consultants make our clients feel pumped up, excited, and connected.
4. Our Consultants accept responsibility.
We accept responsibility for the good and the bad. If one of our recommendations proves to be wrong, we blame no one but ourselves. As a former wrestler, I learned you simply accept responsibility for your decisions and any resulting failures. You’ve got to have a certain degree of maturity and humility. And if you’re proven right, no “I told you so.”
We have job opportunities that require top secret, secret or no clearance.
